Affordable Turbo Kits (ATK) shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Affordable Turbo Kits has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Affordable Turbo Kits product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Affordable Turbo Kits reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Affordable Turbo Kits reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Affordable Turbo Kits shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. The California Air Resource Board is responsible for developing statewide programs and strategies to reduce the emission of smog-forming pollutants and toxins by mobile sources. These include both on- and off-road sources such as passenger cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses, heavy-duty construction equipment, recreational vehicles, marine vessels, lawn and garden equipment, and small utility engines. CALIFORNIA VEHICLE CODE Section 27156 and the Federal Clean Air Act prohibit modifications to vehicles that increase motor vehicle emissions. Most performance modifications do not increase vehicle emissions and if proven by their manufacturers and the ARB not to increase vehicle emissions, are allowed an exemption to allow for their installation on vehicles in California. Aftermarket parts or modifications shown to not increase vehicle emissions are granted an exemption to emission control system anti-tampering laws. This exemption is called an Executive Order (EO) and allows the modification to be installed on specific emissions-controlled vehicles. Every Executive Order part or modification has an assigned number that can be verified by Smog Check stations, BAR Referee stations, or by the California Air Resource Board. Products sold and manufactured by Affordable Turbo Kits (ATK) do not have exemption in California and therefore are for Off-Road Use Only. These products have clear and reasonable warning labeling on the products web page(s) and packaging of the part. The warning has text similar to: Off-Road Use Only. This product is legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway. Check your local and federal laws prior to installation.
